Position: Civil Resources / Civil Engineering Specialists

About the Role

We are expanding our delivery capabilities across the UK and are seeking talented Civil Resources—from experienced site engineers to project managers and CAD specialists—to support our growing portfolio of infrastructure and groundworks projects.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):

• Managing site operations, layout settings, and structural execution.

• Ensuring compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental standards (CDM regulations).

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and local authorities.

• Delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to precise technical specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Relevant degree, HND, or vocational qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

• Valid CSCS card (ICE, SMSTS/SSSTS preferred depending on seniority).

• Proven experience working on UK civil infrastructure, highways, utilities, or structural projects.

• Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and team-player mindset.
