About the Role
We are seeking an organized and reliable Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily site logistics and inventory management for our UK operations.

In this role, you will take ownership of local facility operations—managing goods-in, maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating dispatch, and leading our small warehouse team. We are looking for a hands-on manager who takes pride in maintaining efficient workflows, strict health and safety standards, and accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including goods receiving, stock placement, order picking, and outbound dispatch.

• Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock audits, maintain accurate inventory tracking in our system, and minimize stock discrepancies.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and direct on-site warehouse staff, maintaining a productive, safe, and collaborative working environment.

• Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate directly with local UK couriers, hauliers, and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient dispatch workflows.

• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict UK Health & Safety regulations, maintaining clean, organized, and compliant site conditions at all times.

Requirements & Experience

• Local Requirement: Must be currently residing in the UK with full, existing right to work.

• Experience: Proven track record in a UK warehouse supervisor, team leader, or inventory management role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS/ERP platforms) and Microsoft Excel.

• Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of goods-in/goods-out processes, stock control methods, and UK warehouse safety standards.

• Attributes: Strong leadership, practical problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
